I’m Lily - a mindset and resilience coach.

This workshop is built from both evidence and empathy - my work blends neuroscience, psychology, and somatic tools with my lived experience of navigating chronic illness and burnout.

For years, my inner critic had me stuck in survival mode. I know how it feels to spiral under the weight of self-doubt and perfectionism - but I also know how to change it.

Now, I help others find the same steadiness and self-trust that helped change everything for me.
