The goal of this program is not to make you reliant on support, it’s to help you leave with skills you can trust and return to.

This program is a unique blend of pain neuroscience, nervous system regulation and mindset coaching, brought to you through the lens of joy and sorrow coexisting and supported by Lily’s lived experience of chronic pain. All supported by the lastest pain science and research.

Together we will look at ways to support your system and increase your capacity by:

1. Understanding the pain-brain connection

Learning how overprotection, prediction and threat responses shape pain - without blame or reductionism - so that you feel less afraid of your body and more equipped to respond when symptoms arise.

2. Rebuilding safety and reducing hypervigilance

Tools to lower background tension, widen capacity and help the system stand down  and that you - so that you spend less time scanning for danger and more time feeling grounded, present and at ease in your body.

3. Rewiring thoughts, fear and the inner dialogue

Softening the narratives that increase threat - without toxic positivity or bypassing - so that your inner voice becomes a source of steadiness and support rather than pressure, fear or self-blame.

4. State-shifting and emotional regulation

Practical ways to move out of high-threat states when pain, stress, or overwhelm spike - so that difficult moments feel more manageable and you can return to a sense of calm and control more quickly.

5. Reclaiming identity, confidence and direction

Chronic pain can shrink your world but this work helps you grow it again - from the inside out - so that your life becomes about more than managing symptoms and you can reconnect with meaning, joy and who you are beyond pain.

Why this approach works (and why it’s different)

Why I do this work

Hi - I'm Lily, I spent years navigating chronic pain and the grief, fear, and hypervigilance that comes with it. My life felt small and unpredictable, and I didn’t believe joy was available to me until things changed.

Through pain neuroscience, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, and the deep work of changing how I related to myself, I rebuilt my internal safety - I stopped fighting myself and my life began to open again.

Now, as an ICF-certified resilience and mindset coach, I support others in doing the same. My approach blends science and soul: pain education, state-shifting tools, mindset work, and the belief that joy and sorrow can coexist. That even when pain is present, you can feel more grounded, more capable, and more you.

This group program is everything I have learnt in 15 years of navigating chronic pain and rebuilding my health. It is all I will I'd had over those years. 

I’m not here to fix you - I’m here to guide, teach and hold the container while you rebuild trust with your body and yourself.
