- Optional email/voice-note support for extra accountability
- Minimum 3 months together - for depth and real change

Why work with me?
I’ve been where you are: illness, burnout, and loss once left me on the sidelines of my life.
Whilst our challenges may be different, pain is universal.
Now, I bring both lived experience and formal training in neuroscience, psychology, and somatics. I am an ICF certified coach and my approach is practical, gentle, and grounded in research.
I know this isn’t about bypassing the hard. It’s about meeting it differently - with more clarity, compassion, and self-trust.
