Illness, burnout, and loss once left me watching others move forward while I felt stuck.

MY STORY

From setback to strength

For years, illness and exhaustion kept me on the sidelines of my own life. I felt small, uncertain, and behind.

But healing didn’t begin when the pain ended. It began when I changed how I related to myself and what was happening.

I discovered that joy and sorrow can coexist. That we don’t have to wait for life to be “fixed” before we start living it fully again. And that resilience isn’t about bouncing back - it’s about learning how to empower yourself to move forward. 

This is why I want to help my clients do the same - live fully, even in the mess and flux of life.

MY APPROACH

Science meets compassion

As an ICF certified coach, my approach blends:

  • Neuroscience - understanding how thoughts and the nervous system shape experience.
  • Somatic tools - grounding the body to regulate stress and restore calm.
  • Positive psychology - building self-trust, resilience, and meaning.

What makes this work transformative is the way we apply these tools. Our mindset shapes how we experience life. What we believe, how we think, and how we treat ourselves during the times of challenges or change, has the power to transform even the most difficult seasons. 

I support clients to shift inner narratives, reconnect with their wisdom, and find steady ground again. While we can’t always choose our circumstances, we have power over how we move through them.
