Hi, I’m Lily

I know what it’s like to feel benched from life - by illness, loss, and burnout.

Healing didn’t begin when the pain ended. It began when I changed how I related to what was happening - when I learnt that joy and sorrow can coexist, and that life doesn’t need to be “fixed” before we can live it fully.

Now I help others do the same: navigate change with resilience, and find calm, clarity, and steadiness again. While we can’t always choose our circumstances, we can choose how we move through them.

My approach blends neuroscience, somatic tools, and positive psychology with warmth, compassion, and coaching methods grounded in research.
